About us

Sunkwa Educational Centre, located in Nsakina – Sawmill, Accra, is a private educational institution dedicated to raising confident, disciplined, and academically excellent learners. Founded on 4th May 2014 by Mr. Stephen Ampofo, the school began with just 26 pupils and a passionate team of five staff members. Today, Sunkwa has grown into a thriving learning environment with over 300 students across Crèche, Nursery, Kindergarten, Primary, and Junior High School (JHS).

We believe in a holistic and inclusive approach to education, guided by the values of constructivism, diversity, scaffolding, and community integration as outlined by Ghana’s National Curriculum (NaCCA).
